We have been married almost 11 years and do our best to live life to the fullest extent possible. We discussed adoption while dating and both wanted it to be a part of our lives and family. While we thought we would have biological children before we adopted, our journey has been unexplained infertility, which led us to pursue our dream of adoption while still hoping to add future biological children! Our lives feel most fulfilled with laughter, adventure, creativity, tackling hard topics and wrestling with emotions, finding our own unique path, and most of all- living life on the far edge of normal. We embrace differences, challenge the beliefs and mindsets we have been raised with that no longer serve us well, and see the world differently than most of our peers. Our goal is to continue to become who we were designed to be and raise our children to do the same, through self-discovery, compassion for self and others, exploration, rest, and embracing life as it comes.
